About Sofia
I've been practising yoga for more than seven years and love the benefits it has for my mind and body. As somebody who's always on the go, it's helped me learn how to slow down, be more present and ground myself, taking the lessons on the mat to practise in life off the mat.I qualified as a 200hr yoga teacher in November 2023 and am passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with others.My favourite style is a firey vinyasa. Coming from a dance background I love flowing through a vinyasa sequence. I aim to bring fun and challenge into every class all while giving your mind a break from the busy world we live in.
Other than yoga, a little bit more about me is that I love the outdoors. When I’m not on my mat you can find me out on walk, up a mountain or in/on the water!

Private groups start from £100 for groups of 6 and increases dependant on group size, class length, location and equipment needed.One to one classes from £40.
